Wigham McGrath & Partners were engaged, as one of the main Architectural Practices, selected to oversee the New Corporate Image which was being implemented by AIB, throughout the country.

We had a proven track record with the Bank, having previously been engaged to carry out inspections and produce Condition Reports, Schedules of Works etc on various locations, such as Lismore, Youghal, Waterford, Cashel, etc  We had also designed and administered an Essential Maintenance & Life Safety Upgrade in the main Waterford Branch in 2008.

We were selected to implement the Package in a number of smaller branches and in 3 main locations in the South East of the country, namely Clonmel, Waterford and Wexford which were all, Protected Structures.

These projects had to be carried out in Out Hours Business time, as it was a strict requirement that the service to the customers was seemless.
