Eoin started work as an Architectural Technician in 1994 and was accepted into the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT) as a Chartered member in 2013. Since founding WMP in 2005 his duties expanded further than the drawing board and has gains vast experience and knowledge in Building Engineering and surveying. He specialises in existing buildings, Protected Structures and National Monuments. This was officially recognised in 2019 when he was accepted as a full member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). He grew up in Waterford City and Studied Construction studies in Carlow RTC for two years and followed with one year studying for a Diploma in Buildings and Services Management where he received a Distinction.
In 2005, Eoin and Architect, Ken Wigham established Kenneth Wigham and Associates (later to be called Wigham McGrath and Partners). In addition to his project duties, he acts as the Office Manager and Company Secretary.
Eoin’s experience ranges from Commercial Projects, Housing Developments to bespoke Residential Home and extensions. He has developed a passion for our built environment and has gained vast experience and knowledge in the restoration of Protected Structures and National Monuments. This appear to be natural progression considering his outside interests.
Outside work, Eoin enjoys the challenge of restoring vintage machinery and vehicles. He is also an avid fan of sports in general and particularly enjoys cycling where he raced for several years. Now, he enjoys partaking in sportive events at a more leisurely pace.

Ken is a founding member with Eoin O’Reilly and MD of the practice with over 45 years experience in private practice. Ken is passionate about contemporary design while being a Grade III Conservation Architect.
Ken came to Waterford in 1985 after considerable experience within established Dublin practice encompassing schools, residential, industrial & commercial buildings.
Ken's expertise has led to the award winning delivery of many diverse projects. He is currently overseeing some challenging conservation projects; one in particular involves a National Heritage monument site. Ken believes that each project requires a specific answer in relation to brief and influencing factors.
Leisure activities include sailing, walking and cars.
