RIAI REGISTERED ARCHITECT:
The successful candidate will be involved in every level of the design process on a variety of projects and the opportunity to develop architectural skills within a small but busy working environment.
Applicants should have a minimum 5 years relevant post graduate experience with a high level of design, job running and construction detailing skills and proficiency in AutoCAD / BricsCAD. A working knowledge of Revit and Sketchup is desirable. Experience in residential work is required and in particular renovation of Protected Structures and a knowledge of current relevant Building, Planning legislation and BCMS is essential.
The successful candidate should be motivated with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken, written and technical English. The successful Architect will take responsibility for a number of projects at various stages and is expected to have a proven experience in a similar role in Ireland.
Appointment will be on a contract basis initially with a view to a more permanent position.
