CIRCULAR ROAD, CO WATERFORD:
The building owners purchased a bungalow upon a spectacular site in Dunmore East. The living spaces were cramped and disorganised. The project involved sweeping away a dividing chimney, uniting back and front living spaces to form a large bright living and kitchen area with views of the bay. An extension was also added to the rear as a new sitting room with stove and large glazed wall forming a secluded and sunny courtyard.
