DOCK ROAD, CO WATERFORD:
Existing run down cottage in the village was in need of some love. A complete re-organisation of the space internally coupled with the introduction of modern windows and roof lights restores the cottage to a modern enjoyable space. The rear window openings were kept and a wall was removed to open up the space thus maximising the tremendous views out over the ocean.
Renovation completed in July 2015.
